Position Title: ROS Team Lead

External Description:

As Team Leader of the Candidate Consultant team your team is responsible for sourcing candidates, assessing suitability to recommend for interview for the UK Delivery Team. You will be responsible for driving your team’s performance against all targets and KPIs set in line with the UK Delivery Team requirements. You will manage the successful onboarding and upskilling of all new hires in the team and support the team’s development. Alongside your management responsibilities you will be an active Candidate Consultant with your own personal targets & KPIs to achieve. For that part of the role, it requires management of incoming candidate applications, proactively sourcing new candidates to present to the relevant colleagues in the UK Delivery Team.
