• resourcing candidates via linked in, job boards, UFO 
• candidate management/ engagement activities - mailers, sms, calls 
• qualifying skills and suitability to specific roles - using job specs and job profiles provided by UK team 
• shortlisting, interviewing candidates 
• cv submittals to uk team and at times clients 
• building candidate pools linked to specialisms 
• maintaining candidate pools linked to specialisms 

attending team meetings to understand roles and priorities
