Role: Team Lead, Recruitment
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full time

Primary Responsibilities

• Leads by example by sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings with our clients.
• Has the ability to train and guide new staff members
• Has the ability to rally the team together to achieve one common goal
• Holds other team members accountable for meeting and exceeding weekly production goals
• Team entrusts you to guide them through business and personal issues

Required Skills

• Determine staffing requirements
• Manage own recruitment efforts; set an example
• Hire and train new staff
• Mentor personnel & lead by example
• Set employee goals and objectives
• Develop staff to maximize potential
• Monitor team performance which include regular performance reviews
• Review performance data activity reports to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
• Organize and manage business meetings with business development team
• Monitor and assist Team with work progress
