• Job description 
• Receive job specifications from the UK teams and resource candidates for each job.
• Use different resourcing platforms (Textkernal, Broadbean etc.) to source suitable candidates for each job.
• Ensure each candidate that is sourced matches the clients requirements (job fit, salary, compliance, timescales, location etc.)
• Adhere to agreed timeframes and targets set for resourcing candidates.
• Maintain effective admin and ensure all systems are updated regularly to reflect activity. 
• Adapt to and consistently use technology available to support business growth. 
• Participate in morning touchdowns and ensure good communication with internal colleagues. 

• Additional insight and information which may be useful to the ITA teams: recruitment experience not essential but attention to detail, strong english language skills
