Position Title: ROS Software prod support

External Description:

With an upcoming packed technical roadmap we are looking to expand our core squad that develop and support our internal CRM for Randstad UK, and are currently seeking a high performing Salesforce Developer who would really relish working in this high performing operation. 

The role will sit under the oversight of the Head of Talent Technology & Innovation, in order to ensure that requirements are in line & developed with overall UK objectives but the opportunity will be to liaise with the wider business and leverage on exciting innovative technologies. The Salesforce Developer will develop and support Randstad UK Salesforce systems, under the oversight of the Head of Talent Technology & Innovation, in order to ensure that requirements are in line with overall objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Working together with our functional and technical Business Analysts to implement changes to our Salesforce environments.
• Developing Salesforce applications to a high standard of usability and quality for the end-users, based on requirements you receive from your project team members.
• Developing the integration of Salesforce with other applications using a variety of technologies.
• Conforming to Salesforce test requirements, governor limits, and coding security requirements.
• Writing technical documentation as required.
• Collaborating closely with your team and third party suppliers about technical issues and creative solutions.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications working with Technical and Business Analysts.
• Building on your expertise in Salesforce development techniques.
• Expanding your knowledge and staying up-to-date with technical and market evolutions.
• Conforming with the information security policies.
• Reporting any information security incidents and improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Deep working knowledge of the Salesforce development environment
• Strong understanding of declarative automation features (Flows, Process Builder etc) within the platform
• Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce coding best practices, design patterns and enterprise patterns
• Experience of writing Apex code.
• Experience of writing Lightning Web Components, Aura Web Components, and Visual Force Pages for both Salesforce and Community development
• Experience of styling components and pages using SLDS
• Experience of using SOQL and SOSL querying 
• Experience of using Salesforce reporting
• Knowledge of using Visual Studio Code and deployment to GitHub.
• Experience of successfully contributing and collaborating with a team on large projects in a complex but agile environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to form well thought out conclusions and recommendations.
• Salesforce administration and development qualifications.
