Position Title: ROS Associate Manager

External Description:

Assistant Media Manager 

With a focus on measurable client and business contribution and outcomes, this role will be supporting the regional senior media leaders to manage our team of Media Specialists across North America, EMEA & APAC. 

 

Offering you the flexibility to work remotely or if based near Hyderabad a Hybrid model, our role will oversee the media teams performance in the areas of media procurement, activation buying and operations across Randstad Sourceright. It includes day to day resource management and acting as a SME in some of the higher contract value with our job board vendors.

 

Key Responsibilities

Solutions, Advisory & Leadership

  • You will drive the engagement of the team across all regions to offer the same level of service to all global clients, regardless of region
  • Knowledge and awareness of global & regional job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster etc and global recruitment marketing
  • Creating and delivering training, best practice to educate and support team, clients and business
  • Manage but also inspire the team to be the best version of themselves
  • Continuous operational efficiency optimisation
  • Establishing metrics, goals and the expected performance levels of teams and ensuring they work within their assigned SLA’s

 

Media Allocation & Management

  • Overseeing the team gathering monthly usage reports from vendors on a monthly basis
  • Working closely with the regional functional leaders to ensure procurement by the team is done in a timely manner
  • Ensure regional teams have ample cover on Fresh Desk to respond to media requests within SLA
  • Ensure the media team purchased channels (advertising and search tools) are continuously working and available to the relevant stakeholders
  • Acting as a SME for supporting team in the high transactional value vendors such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc

 

Team Management & Supervision

  • Train & coach the team to deliver monthly media usage reports to key stakeholders in timely manner, ensuring that all work is delivered without error
  • Monitoring the team continuously to ensure they are track to achieve KPI goals and are investing time in online self development training  
  • Allocating resource to regional Fresh Desk ticketing desk, ensuring that SLA’s are met consistently
  • Supporting the deactivation/activation controls of any leavers or starters in our media team

 

Key Expertise

  • Team leadership essential, team size 5+,
  • Recruitment marketing products procurement (3 years+)
  • LinkedIn SME (Preferred) or at least be very familiar with talent product suite offering

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ working experience and 3 years managerial experience leading a team
  • University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
