The scope of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of RSR’s global media function. Providing and coordinating full lifecycle media channel management from procurement through implementation to technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Auditing and analysing the reports, including budget and costings for account teams and monthly usage reports from vendors
- Diagnose and resolve quality and process issues ensuring that Vendor and the invoices have been accounted and tracked efficiently
- Administrating, tracking invoices and purchases for Licence, CVDs & Job Boards working closely with Finance
- Contacting suppliers for help, escalating the issues and advising users.
- Create and run reports to validate accuracy of data
- Effectively communicate and record, monitor team quality performance, producing QA reports, trends & dashboards
- Ability to analyse data and perform root cause analysis to identify process issues and performance gaps
- Research best practices to impact quality improvement initiatives and utilisation standards.
- Coach and provide training to enable employees to meet consistent quality standards.
- Maintain process maps , SOPs and procedures in line with QA
- Answering media channel related questions - what is available, what is not, what is the process, what is the current inventory, etc...
- Off-Boarding colleagues - cancelling or re-allocating licences / Assigning/ re-assigning licences/accesses via Fresh Service
Typical outcomes, services and products
- Licences allocation
- Monthly media usage reports to key stakeholders
- Media budgeting and forecasting
- Track and record the Vendor invoices
- Maintaining list of licence holders
- Coordinating and communicate any process change and quality control
- Support service for Client teams for any other media requests through the helpdesk
Key Expertise
- Experience of working within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential
- Hands on experience of using LinkedIn or other recruitment media vendors would be highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes accountability for deliverables
- Excellent documentation and data management, particularly in use of MS Excel and/or GoogleSheets
- Experience in a customer/client facing role
- Highly proactive and excellent presentation & multitasking skills
- Excellent command of English language and communication skills
Qualifications
- 5+ experience
- University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
