Role: Contracts Administrator
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Primary Responsibilities

Draft/add changes to all NAM legal agreements
MSAs
NDAs
Amendments/Addenda
Renewals
SOWs
LCAs
Templates - edit current ones and create new ones

Obtain approval and signatures for all legal documents and terms
RiseSmart Executives
Randstad Legal
Global/State Tax
IT & Engineering
Finance
HR
Insurance

Negotiate all agreements and amendments between RiseSmart and customers
review client papers
provide redlines
review/edit client redlines
draft revised/new language
provide contractual responses to sales team
escalate when necessary to other teams

Manage questionnaire requests for bids & client management process
data security questionnaires – completing and obtaining assistance when needed from IT & Engineering
vendor set-up/renewal documentation
risk assessments
compliance audits

SalesForce
manage/create/edit contract records (Opportunities and Objects) within SalesForce for accuracy & integrity of data
create reports

Communication
maintaining the Contracts inbox to respond to requests and questions
liaison between RVPs/SRMs and RiseSmart departments
work with RVPs/SRMs to ensure the customer’s requests are included within the agreements and that we have the capability to comply with such requests
Reviewing terms in RFPs/RFIs.
comparing terms to our standard/acceptable ones to advise on sufficiency of terms, and escalating anything (e.g. non-standard or possibly unacceptable terms; payment terms other than our Net 30 standard; privacy/security responses) needing approval
reviewing RFPs for grammar and language

credit checks – performing initial checks and obtaining exception approvals and recording into SalesForce
pricing requests
contract expiration monitoring
sanctioned country approval forms
contract/RFP process improvement (continual)
ensuring the SOP is detailed, updated and captures all steps necessary for the contracts process

Training global team on entering contract opportunities into SF

 

Required Skills
College degree or equivalent
Law degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent
Familiarity with a contract management software tool Apttus/Conga & Salesforce (preferred but not required)
3-5 years of relevant contract negotiation/administration experience
Knowledge of contract principles
Knowledge of contract negotiations
