The role of the Delivery Consultant is to source candidates for current vacancies across the Randstad client base. You will be responsible for using a variety of different sourcing resources to identify candidates and guide them through their application process. 

 

Making an impact

 

• Source, search and screen candidates using the tools and processes available to you in accordance with direction from Consultants/Management in order to meet client requirements

 

• Using Activity Based Field Steering (ABFS) to drive performance and ensure KPIs are met and exceeded

 

• Maintain and develop relationships with candidates, clients and internal Randstad team members.

 

• Plan and prioritise to deliver a successful recruitment process to meet the needs of the business and excellent service to client and candidate  

 

• Champion business change and innovation, including digital transformation

 

• Support with risk, legislation and compliance issues
