8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2
Strong technical knowledge of People Tools 8.5x – integration broker, component interface, application engine, SQRs and People Code, in general
Knowledge on AWE
Strong PeopleSoft Portal knowledge
Awareness of ITIL processes – Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management etc.
Proven track record of working in customer facing roles, tracking open incidents to closure

Additional Skills:

Good communication skills, ability to multitask, experienced in onsite-offshore working model.
