Position Title: ROS Delivery Director, IT

Director of Business Intelligence
Location: Hyderabad
The Director of Business Intelligence will build and maintain a highly skilled team of technical
professionals to support our global businesses. The Director role will be responsible for aligning resources to
provide progress transparency and communicate the status to internal customers and stakeholders. This
person will review, analyze, evaluate and assign BI project requests and support tickets from inception to
completion. This person will need to build and maintain relationships within both GBI and the wider
organization.

Delivery
● Create and maintain project plans, communicate updates, and lead status meetings
● Responsible for BI support delivery and support ticket resolution
● Oversee the management of existing client BI solutions
● Oversee the the end to end implementation of client BI solutions
● Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders (corporate teams) and customers
● Attend project request meetings to determine project acceptance and prioritization
● To lead a client-centric organization that set priorities to ensure the advancement of
client and people strategies

Communicate
● Correspond with teams around project and ticket resolution updates, scheduling and
consultation while tracking progress via email, project management, or alternate tools
● Provide weekly business updates to include: progress tracking, project queue,
scheduling, new releases, business impact, and training and education webinars
● Escalate issues or potential issues as needed across multiple levels of leadership
● Establish partnerships with key internal and client stakeholders

Management & Lead activities
● Drive and manage the BI activities in collaboration with GBI members and stakeholders
● Provide leadership on the technical front in difficult situations, facilitate challenging
discussions, and report up when necessary
● Guide, mentor, and coach your direct reports
● Work closely with the global BI leadership team to provide input in forming a long-term
vision on data at points
● Offer coaching and guidance to BI support teams to upskill their skill set and help drive
motivate the support team
● Create the vision and roadmap for the offshore delivery
● Align resources to ensure projects are completed timely
● Drive process enhancements and efficiencies
● Drive a high performance culture where teams are accountable, engaged, developed
and motivated against clear outcomes

Education
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, highly preferred, Master’s degree a plus
Work Experience
● Overall 15+ years of experience and greater, having managed large teams and providing technical
guidance. And prior experience managing production support will be an added advantage.
● Minimum 5 years experience with ATS and VMS technology’s is desirable
● a minimum of 5-7 years of business intelligence space including product development experience
Project Management and/or process improvement experience is highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
● Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
● familiarity / introductory knowledge of BI languages like Python, R / Java
● prior working experience of SQL, relational databases, ERP, DOMO, or other data visualization tools
i.e. Tableau
● Any experience managing and/or implementing the .NET / open source web development tools will
be an advantage
● Experience managing or setting up infrastructure on cloud platforms will be an advantage; the
Google cloud platform (GCP) is preferred. But experience with Microsoft Azure / Amazon will be
considered for this opportunity
● Excellent organizational, time management skills, verbal, and written communication skills
