Brief Description

Business problem:
● remove admin tasks from UK consultants
● increase GP activity in UK branches
● drive operational efficiency
● increase of candidate clearances & utilisation
● speed to RTW
Job Description
● reviewing of candidate pipeline and required outstanding documentation to get
ready for work
● proactively calling candidates in registration process to support through clearing
● calling referees and passing on potential client leads to onshore team
● updating DBS applications
● sending reminders to candidates to complete UFO and DBS application if
applicable
● ensuring ongoing candidate compliance actions is getting done weekly
● support with candidate training (sending e-learning, chasing candidates if not
completed, send consultants certificate + upload to UFO)
