Position Title: ROS Software application developer II

Role: Peoplesoft Application Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Split Shift/Mid Shift
Employment: Full time

• Design, develop, document, and maintain software programs and applications to
  support the business needs.
  ● Modify existing software to fix errors and enhance its functionality and performance
  ● Work closely with others, such as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst,
  and Architects to analyze user needs, design and create optimum software.
  ● Communicate with stakeholders to discuss business requirements and explain
  programming logic as it relates to design and function & operational decisions.
  ● Coordinate with agile teams, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all
  production issues.
  ● Work all incidents diligently to ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
  ● Track issue resolution timelines and ensure adherence to SLA.
  ● Analyze issues and document findings and provide on-time resolution to production
  tickets
  ● Work with Onshore team to identify short and long term solutions
  ● Good communication skills
   
  This position is focused on the following technologies:
  PeopleSoft, Oracle, SQL , Integration Broker, Component Interface, EXCEL2CI.
  At Least 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft 9.x and higher.
  Proficient in SQL.
