Position Title: ROS Coach

Role: Coach, Recruitment
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full time

Primary Responsibilities
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on Randstad process.
• Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered.
• Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
• Establish relationships with consultants in region.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Pre-close candidates on job offers.
• Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
• Meet or exceed weekly expectations.

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• 5-8 years of recruiting experience or customer Service background with International voice experience.
• Must be able to manage a team of recruiters.
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
