Position Title: ROS Recruiter

External Description:

Scope of the role: sourcing for tribe digital & product engineering and tribe cloud &
infrastructure, quality management of the ATS-system for these tribes and administrative
support for these tribes.

● Sourcing on relevant job boards and on social media.
● Searching for matches to specific requests in our ATS-system.
● Identifying top candidates for the BE-team to follow-up on.
● Handle influx on job postings, from job boards and from our supplier network.
● Adding lists of new candidates to our ATS-system so that the BE-team can
follow-up in the future.
● Updating candidate files based on info on job boards, social media, responses after
mass mailings, etc.
● Writing messages (rejection, InMail, outreach, invitation to event, asking for
consent or update, etc.) to candidates that can be translated and send by the
BE-team.
● Revamping job specs.
● Job postings.
● Etc.
