Picture Yourself At Randstad Choosing to join our team as business manager, Global Business Services, will see you manage projects, and provide administrative support to GBS Randstad Sourceright teams based in Hyderabad, India. The position coordinates and partners with teams in Hyderabad, across ROS, and with leaders around the world to ensure the services provided are consistent and outstanding. Key Relationships: Ability to liaise with all levels of management, especially director and VP level, both internally and client-facing. Internal: all employees of RSR GBS HYD, management, support functions of ROS External: external clients, suppliers and vendors What You'll Do Executive assistance ● reporting directly to the Vice President and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. ● responsible for managing the schedules and communications for the RSR team. The duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements Project management ● prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives ● forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning ● facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication ● create and distribute newsletter for the center on a weekly basis Event management ● partnering with all employees to ensure that the facilities and spaces are ready for special meetings, events etc. ● assisting and/ or arranging both in-house and external events for Delivery Center’s employees ● managing third-party offers for gifting ● planning an event from start to finish. ● generating ideas for the event ● managing event budgets. ● sponsorship negotiations. ● managing logistics and event venues. ● managing audio and virtual event companies. ● putting together event marketing plans. Travel arrangements ● assisting in making travel arrangements for employees and visitors ● liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation Reporting ● make sure proper reporting is available on all core tasks of the role to support the management, be compliant and drive operational excellence Others ● carrying out general administrative tasks, such as answering emails, copying activities, posting, etc. ● requesting for, registering and distributing office badges to colleagues ● ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed and in compliance ● participating in yearly and ad-hoc inventory takings Who you are You are a highly hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying industry best practices to help solve business problems and achieve efficiency. Ideally you should have: ● relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field ● Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills ● Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management ● Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments ● Effective, versatile and action-oriented ● Excellent communication skills ● 8-10 years of combined PMO and executive assistant experience ● excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities ● exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate ● conceptual thinking and the potential to see the big picture brings facts and ideas together and develops innovative or creative insights ● aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly and an innovative mindset ● ability to develop and manage project timelines; accurately estimate work effort; identify and secure needed resources; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully execute ● to be thorough and pay attention to detail ● a desire to help people.
