Position Title: ROS Director HR

External Description:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and workforce needs.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive high performance and achieve recruitment targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels and partnerships, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and universities, to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
• Implement and leverage recruitment technologies, tools, and systems to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition, and incorporate them into the organization's recruitment strategies.
