Brief Description

Business problem:
● Remove admin tasks from UK consultants
● Increase GP activity in UK branches
● Drive operational efficiency
Job Description
● Uploading & cascading of shifts to sirenum system
● Passing on candidate leads and requirement changes
● Calling candidates who have no assigned availability on sirenum
● Assigning direct bookings to candidates
● Following branch process & guidelines for shift allocation
● Updating of candidates profiles on UFO
● Add rates onto client ufo files
● Create & check in candidate assignments within desired timescales
● Calling candidates to submit timesheets within desired timescales
● Submit timesheets on behalf of candidates within desired timescales
● Providing training to new candidates on OS system
● Complete adjustments on behalf of branch
