Randstad Customer Intelligence is seeking a qualified individual who can effectively support the
duties associated with a Pricing and Market Research Analyst position. The primary functions of
this role include:
 Analyzing pricing requirements for client RFx solicitations
 Coordinating complex RFx pricing responses, often involving multiple divisions and
geographic regions and requiring contact with multiple stakeholders throughout the
organization
 Leveraging internal salary tools to assist with rate analysis
 Maintaining pricing timelines to ensure prompt completion
 Supporting a wide range of market research initiatives by utilizing tools from business
intelligence providers and government/industry associations to support and summarize
data in multiple formats (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
 Confidently present research findings with the ability to discuss and answer any follow up
questions
 Light administrative duties

Qualifications:

 1 - 2 years of experience working in support of sales initiatives, particularly in the area of
RFx responses and sales proposals; or supporting industry market research functions.
 Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
 A proven track record for follow-up and project completion
 Strong attention to detail
 Must have solid writing/grammar skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products,
especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
